Display screen, 15 inches, 1080P, zoom in/out 10x~220x, all of the dots underneath chip or on
PCB can be seen clearly, imaging distinctly, automatically focus.
An automatically optical CCD and a chip feeder

This is a high-resolution optical CCD which is used for a PCBA and a chip to be imaged.
"1" is an automatic chip feeder which can be put on a chip with a size up to 80*80mm;
"2" is an optical CCD with a split vision for a PCB vs a chip aligned on a monitor screen.
Both of them are automatically running together for aligning, picked up and replaced, et.c
The lower hot air and IR

"1" is the lower hot-air heating nozzle, which can be customized from 2*2~80*80mm, even
though, up to 100*100mm, made of titanium alloy, will not get rusty, and with magnetic pe-
destal, can be installed simply and easily. There is also a small screw-shape at the center of
that nozzle, it can bracket a motherboard with a large size when heating.
"2" is the bottom IR preheating zone, and protected by a special glass covering, these carb-
on core heating tubes installed inside, which can release even heat energy, making a moth-
erboard be protected at the best.
Hot air heating

Hot air heaters, upper & bottom heaters for air-flow making solder ball melted so that
soldering or desoldering a chip on a motherboard.
Made of imported materials which feature with even air-flow, and lasting heat, its using
life is more than 10 years.
